Manuscript, in Walpole's hand, of an analysis of what Walpole considers the improper conduct of his uncle, Horatio Walpole, in persuading Sir Robert Walpole's heir, Robert, Earl of Orford, to entail his father's estate on Horatio's family rather than on the children and grandchildren of Sir Robert. The manuscript is accompanied by 8 letters written by Horace Walpole, Horatio Walpole, Robert Earl of Orford, and George Lord Malpas, expressing their disagreements with each other and dissatisfactions about the entail.
